Newbern's Restaurant

It has a great homey feel and the food is really good!!!!

I worked here for several years when I was younger, and it was the best experience I ever had as far as employers, management and work environment goes. The food was/is wonderful! I've worked at other restaurants and won't eat there because I know how nasty the people were, but I don't even second guess the cleanliness at Newberns because I know first hand how clean we were and they still are. We washed our hands continuously, probably more than necessary at times! This is a great place to work and great people to work for! Also the best catfish you'll ever eat, and I'm not biased just because I worked there because I wouldn't recommend some of the other restaurants I worked at! Now I'm craving catfish! Going to have to get a plate from there today!
